What are the classifications of pneumatic pipe joints

1. Plug-in pipe joints, including plastic quick plugs and all-metal quick plugs.
Commonly used in the connection of rigid or semi-rigid nylon tubes, plastic tubes and polyurethane tubes in pneumatic circuits. The maximum working pressure is 1.0MPa. This series of pipe joints has the advantages of fast intubation, convenient installation, reliable sealing, firm connection, and beautiful appearance.
When in use, insert into a neatly cut pipe, fix it on the pipe joint with an elastic snap ring, and seal it with an O ring. When removing the pipe, first press down the elastic snap ring to facilitate extubation. This kind of pipe joint has a wide variety and complete specifications, and is widely used in hose joints. The disadvantage of the quick plug pipe joint is that the plastic is easy to age and is not pressure-resistant, causing the snap ring to loosen, the trachea to fall off, or the joint to leak air.
2. Quick spiral pipe joint.
Also known as taper lock fittings or lock nut fittings. The structure of this utility model is that when an arc-shaped convex platform is arranged on the outer conical surface of the joint body to connect the pipeline, the pipeline is sleeved on the outer conical surface of the joint body, and then the nut is tightened for sealing. There are various types of pipe joints and complete specifications, which are widely used in the front end of pipe joints, especially in automation and sealing performance testing.
3. Quickly change the pipe joint.
The utility model is a pipe joint that can be quickly disassembled without tools, and is especially suitable for pipelines that urgently need to be disassembled frequently. Such joints usually have unidirectional elements. When the joints are connected to each other, use steel balls for positioning, and the gas paths on both sides are connected. After the joint is removed, the air circuit is disconnected, and there is no need to install an air source switch. There are internal thread, external thread, meter thread, cylindrical pipe thread, conical pipe thread, one end is threaded, the other end is pagoda joint, both ends are pagoda joint, and both ends are threaded. The body of the fitting is made of brass or steel, and the surface of the brass fitting is usually nickel-plated and chrome-plated.
4. Ferrule type pipe joint.
The basic principle of the pneumatic tube fitting is the same as that of the hydraulic tube fitting, which is composed of a fitting body, a ferrule, a nut, etc. The performance of the jacketed pipe joint is not only related to the material, manufacturing accuracy and heat treatment of the parts, but also related to the assembly quality. Therefore, assembly should be performed as follows.
5. Tower pipe joints, also known as clamp pipe joints.
Because one end of the joint is like a pagoda, it is commonly known as a pagoda-style pipe joint. It is suitable for the connection of rubber tubes and plastic tubes. When the working pressure is greater than 0.4MPa, it is necessary to tighten the hose with clamps or steel wires.
6. Speed control pipe joint.
Commonly known as one-way throttle speed control valve, it can be divided into intake speed control valve and exhaust speed control valve. Usually there are quick plug-in one-way speed control valve, quick-rotation one-way speed control valve, ferrule-type one-way speed control valve, pagoda-type one-way speed control valve, etc. It is usually used in occasions where the speed of cylinder movement is required. It is suitable for the connection of Pu pipes, nylon pipes, polyurethane pipes, vinyl pipes and plastic pipes.
