The working principle of filter pressure reducing valve

Rotate the screw of the adjusting filter pressure reducing valve clockwise, the adjusting spring is stressed and presses the diaphragm downward, the connected valve core and the chassis move downward, at this time, a passage is formed above the valve core chassis, and the air source pressure is output through the outlet.
When the outlet pressure rises to the set pressure, it will be transmitted to the bottom of the diaphragm through the outlet pressure sensing hole, and it will keep balance with the spring pressure and maintain the set pressure.
When the outlet pressure is greater than the set pressure, it is transmitted to the bottom of the diaphragm through the outlet pressure sensing hole, the hole between the diaphragm and the chassis is opened, and the outlet pressure is transmitted to the spring chamber through this hole and discharged to the atmosphere to maintain the set pressure.
