PU polyurethane tube production process

PU polyurethane tube is a type of plastic tube that is widely used in industries such as automotive, construction, and food processing. The production process of PU tubes involves the following steps:
Raw material preparation: The raw materials used in the production of PU tubes are polyurethane resin, curing agents, chain extenders, and catalysts. These materials are mixed together in a specific ratio based on the desired properties of the final product.
Mixing: The mixed raw materials are then fed into a mixing chamber where they are mixed together using a high-speed impeller. The mixture is then heated to a specific temperature to promote polymerization.
Extrusion: The mixed and heated material is then extruded through a die to form the desired shape and size of the PU tube. The extruded tube is cooled down and cut into specific lengths.
Post-processing: The cut tubes are then subjected to post-processing operations such as polishing, smoothing, and surface treatment to improve their properties and appearance.
Quality control: The finished PU tubes are then subjected to quality control tests to ensure that they meet the required specifications such as diameter, wall thickness, and mechanical properties.
